A dinner on the new economy & the communities who hold the keys - for angels who want to invest + partners who want to support. A new economy. A question of access. The new generation of AI-Native companies are scaling stupidly fast, and will create trillions in new value - an entirely new economy. For investors looking to back them and B2B companies looking to win them as customers, the question is the same: how do you find the right founders before everyone else does? The communities already know them. Some of the earliest relationships exist inside founder communities, hacker houses and university societies. These networks bring talented people together long before a funding announcement makes them visible to the wider market. Their organisers know who’s building, who’s worth watching and, most crucially, how to get them into the room. But that access is fragmented across thousands of independent groups. Many run on volunteer time and thin budgets. The communities closest to the emerging economy are the most at risk of financial collapse. That’s why we’re building Foundertown. We turn founder communities into growth channels for B2B . Through one marketplace, brands can commission bespoke events, sponsor existing ones and run online campaigns through trusted communities. Communities earn by bringing relevant founders into those events and promoting brands through their channels. As the network grows, we learn more about who the breakout founders are, which communities surface them and how to get them in the room - creating a founder discovery engine built on an insane edge. We started with PLUGGED .
An invitation to the opportunity. Over dinner, we’ll share the thesis behind Foundertown, what we’ve learned building it and the next stage we’re raising for: a £500k SEIS/EIS round . If you can't make the dinner, please reach out via to [email protected] to arrange a chat.
