Product Analyst

About Allica Bank Allica is the UK’s fastest growing company - and the fastest-growing financial technology (Fintech) firm ever. Our purpose is to help established SMEs, one of the last major underserved opportunities in Fintech. Established SMEs are the backbone of local communities - representing over a third of our economy - yet have been largely neglected both by traditional high street banks and modern fintech providers. Department Description Payments is where our customers feel Allica every single day. We’ve built an award-winning business current account for established SMEs that pairs genuinely great technology with bestin-class customer experience – and goes beyond payments to make running a business’s finances simple and painless. You’ll be part of the Payments Tribe, supporting the squads that together cover the full product. Product, engineering, design and data work side by side, in close partnership with Distribution, Operations, Compliance and Risk. Our job is to take the complex problems SMEs face, the ones the big banks have neglected for years, and solve them with simple, elegant products. If you want to see your work ship quickly and make a real difference to UK SMEs, this is the place to do it.

You’ll turn data, customer feedback and business requirements into clear insight and well-defined user stories, so the squads build the right things – and builds them well.
