About the Role
The Customer Community & Growth Manager builds and scales customer programmes that help current customers connect, learn, adopt, and realise ongoing value from AvePoint Confidence Platform.
The Customer Community & Growth Manager will build and scale customer programmes that help current customers connect, learn, adopt, and realise ongoing value from AvePoint’s products and services. The role will launch and operate AvePoint’s online customer community hub, creating a trusted destination where IT practitioners, administrators, security and governance leaders, and other customer stakeholders can access practical expertise, learn from peers, engage with AvePoint experts, and share feedback.
This role owns customer user groups, virtual labs, technical office hours, online community engagement, peer-learning programmes, and technical advisory councils. It will establish a scalable, high-quality engagement model for AvePoint’s long-tail customer base, while creating structured opportunities for strategic customers to influence product direction, customer experience, and technical enablement.
Working with Customer Success, Product, Support and Product Marketing, the role turns customer needs and feedback into peer learning, practical enablement, product insight, and measurable adoption outcomes.
