Description Are you a friendly, organised, and outgoing individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment? We’re looking for an exceptional Front of House Coordinator to be the first impression at our Checkout.com London office and the primary point of contact for our merchants and visitors. Maintain and administer Visitor Management Systems, including Envoy and Brivo.

Provide administrative and operational support to teams across the business to enable smooth day-to-day office operations.

Support purchase order and invoice processes related to office and workplace operations.

Act as a trained First Aider and Fire Warden (training provided if required).

Maintain and continuously improve the Front of House playbook.

Respond to London based Slack queries in a timely, helpful, and professional manner.

Proven experience in a front-of-house or reception role, preferably in a professional setting.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Strong organisational and multitasking abilities.
