Product Sales Representative

We’re reinventing payments. In less than four years, Dojo disrupted the market to become the largest and most loved acquirer in the UK. Our payments infrastructure, purpose-built for in-person commerce, is game changing.

Now, over 150,000 customers across four countries choose to transact billions with us every year. But we’re just getting started.

Our people are the driving force behind our success. They are our greatest investment and our ultimate competitive advantage. We hire exceptional people and give them the autonomy, trust, and ownership to thrive. The results take care of themselves.

The role

We are looking for a proactive Product Sales Representative to join our team in London or Bristol, reporting to the Senior Product Sales Specialist. In this role, you will act as a key growth engine for Dojo, using data-driven insights and consultative selling to unlock vital capital for existing merchants. You will initially champion Dojo’s Business Funding solution, expanding into a wider suite of innovative financial products over time.

This opportunity is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is passionate about delivering impactful cashflow solutions to SME and non-account managed customers across a wide range of industries.

What you will do...

Support portfolio growth by advising on high-velocity, data-led outbound campaigns that engage our existing database with targeted cross-sell opportunities.

Conduct proactive outbound calls to Dojo merchants in the cashflow portfolio to understand and support their funding requirements.

Manage and qualify a high volume of warm leads within the book, ensuring every viable backbook opportunity is explored.

Drive efficient deal cycles through consultative discovery, tailoring funding solutions that align with customer and business goals.

Collaborate closely with Dojo’s referred lending partners to deliver a seamless customer journey from initial conversation to funding availability.

What you will bring...

Experience in high-volume outbound sales, telesales, or account management, ideally within Fintech, Lending, or Financial Services.

Demonstrated ability to carry out in-depth discovery and consultative selling tailored to merchant needs.

Proven track record of managing an existing client database to identify and close cross-sell opportunities.

Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport quickly over high-volume calls.

A diligent approach to pipeline management and documenting customer interactions in CRM platforms such as Salesforce or HubSpot.

A customer-centric mindset combined with resilience, self-motivation, and the drive to succeed in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.

Question: what’s curious, relentless, and customer obsessed?

If you’re keen to know the answer, you’re a third of the way to meeting our Dojo values.

If the following speak to you, let’s talk:

You’re curious. You have a real desire to learn and create.

You’re relentless. You keep going even when it’s easier not to.

You’re customer-obsessed. You know how important customers are to what you do.
