Talent Acquisition Partner, Group Functions & GTM

We’re reinventing payments. In less than four years, Dojo disrupted the market to become the largest and most loved acquirer in the UK. Our payments infrastructure, purpose-built for in-person commerce, is game changing.

Now, over 150,000 customers across four countries choose to transact billions with us every year. But we’re just getting started.

Our people are the driving force behind our success. They are our greatest investment and our ultimate competitive advantage. We hire exceptional people and give them the autonomy, trust, and ownership to thrive. The results take care of themselves.

The Role

Our mission is clear: we partner with leaders to attract and select outstanding, diverse talent that will thrive at Dojo.

As a Talent Acquisition Partner you'll support hiring across our Group Functions and Go To Market teams. Partnering closely with hiring managers and leaders to understand business needs, deliver exceptional candidate experiences and build high-performing teams that reflect our dynamic culture.

Beyond filling roles, you'll elevate how we hire day-to-day—coaching interviewers, using data to overcome blockers and bringing fresh AI-native ideas to automate the boring stuff so we can work smarter.

What You Will Do…

Develop trusted relationships with leaders across different functions—using hiring data, market insights, and overviews of current and future hiring challenges to guide strategy and make impactful hires.

Build pipelines of high-caliber, diverse talent for in-demand roles, managing candidate journeys from initial exploratory calls through to closing complex senior offers.

Shadow interviewers, lead washup sessions, and give practical feedback to hiring teams to keep evaluation standards high, objective, and consistent.

Contribute to and lead TA projects/programmes to continuously improve how we hire at Dojo.

Maintain high data integrity across our core tools while proactively identifying opportunities to adopt AI, streamline workflows, and improve daily hiring efficiency.

Partner closely with People Partners and broader People team SMEs to align hiring with wider workforce planning and team initiatives.

What You Will Bring…

Proven track record as a versatile TA Partner delivering across diverse functions and senior, high-impact searches in a modern technology company.

Strong track record of building rapport with leaders across different business areas, using data and market context to guide hiring decisions.

Comfortable in a fast-paced environment with a proven ability to juggle shifting priorities smoothly across multiple roles and teams.

Resilient and adaptable under pressure, tackling challenges with a constructive, solution-focused mindset.

Practical, hands-on experience using modern AI tools to speed up daily recruiting tasks, market research, and candidate outreach.

Curiosity for emerging recruiting tech paired with strong operational comfort across ATS tools, workflows, and TA project delivery.

Dojo home and away

We believe our best work happens when we collaborate in-person. These “together days” foster communication, drive innovation and spark our brightest ideas.

That's why we have an office-first culture. This means working from the office 4+ days per week.

With offices across Europe, we know a thing or two about staying dynamic. Need deep focus? Head to a quiet zone. Big ideas? Collaboration spaces have you covered. Just here for a catch-up? Our social hubs make it easy. Do work that counts, in spaces made for you.

Question: what’s curious, relentless, and customer obsessed?

If you’re keen to know the answer, you’re a third of the way to meeting our Dojo values.

If the following speak to you, let’s talk:

You’re curious. You have a real desire to learn and create.

You’re relentless. You keep going even when it’s easier not to.

You’re customer-obsessed. You know how important customers are to what you do.
