Dwelly is an AI-enabled lettings and property management platform transforming the residential rental market. It grows through a roll-up strategy, acquiring established letting agencies and their recurring-revenue landlord portfolios before integrating them onto its technology, which automates tenant management, payments and maintenance. Backed by leading venture funds, Dwelly is building a major UK proptech platform.
Dwelly is looking for a Corporate Development Associate to sit at the centre of important strategic decisions. You will join a small, high-performing Corporate Development team and own much of the analytical and execution work behind how Dwelly funds the business and where it grows next. The role covers capital strategy and fundraising, investor work, and broader growth projects such as international expansion. It is execution-heavy: you will build models, run analysis, create decision materials and help drive workstreams from an initial question through to a clear recommendation.
Responsibilities include building analysis and materials for equity raises, debt financing and broader capital structure decisions; owning financial analysis and modelling for financing scenarios, valuation, dilution and investor returns; developing Dwelly’s equity story and fundraising materials; and building and maintaining investor-ready materials and data rooms ahead of future funding rounds. You will prepare analysis and materials for investor and Board discussions, turn complex operating and financial data into clear insights for senior stakeholders, and research potential investors ahead of future capital raises.
You will also work on high-priority strategic growth questions outside of M&A, including international expansion and new markets. This includes building market assessments and financial models to evaluate where and how Dwelly should expand, and working cross-functionally to turn strategic priorities into actionable plans. Across all areas, you will be expected to work in detail, build models, perform analysis and create materials that enable the team to make high-quality decisions quickly.
Candidates should have strong communication skills and fluency in English, a higher degree from a top-tier university, a startup mentality, strong problem-solving skills and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment. The role requires 2–4+ years’ experience in strategy consulting, private equity, venture capital, growth investing or investment banking, particularly M&A, together with excellent financial modelling and analytical skills. Candidates should be excited about AI, demonstrate strong commercial judgement and curiosity, and be highly organised with the ability to run multiple workstreams and deliver to tight deadlines.
Dwelly offers a competitive salary with the potential for performance-based equity options. The company emphasises customer obsession, invention, operational excellence and long-term thinking while working to improve the experience of households living in rental homes.
