About Mistral Mistral provides full-stack AI solutions: from frontier models to developer tools, applications, and compute. We partner with enterprises tackling the hardest problems across high-stakes industries like finance, manufacturing, defense, healthcare, and the public sector, co-creating customized AI systems that they can run on their terms. We are a dynamic, collaborative team passionate about AI and its potential to transform society. Our diverse workforce thrives in competitive environments and is committed to driving innovation. Our teams are distributed between Europe, North America, Asia and the Middle East. We are creative, low-ego and team-spirited.

The Role As a Product Manager on the Context team, you will define and build the foundation for how AI agents access, interact with, and leverage context, data, tools, platforms, and environments, to deliver powerful, scalable solutions. This role exists to bridge the gap between cutting-edge AI capabilities and real-world usability, ensuring our agents are both capable and seamlessly integrated into Mistral’s broader product ecosystem. You’ll work at the intersection of engineering, research, design, and business, aligning stakeholders around a shared vision while driving execution from concept to launch. The impact of your work will shape how users and enterprises interact with AI, unlocking new possibilities for automation, intelligence, and efficiency. What You Will Do Define and evangelize a clear product strategy for our Context & Search platform, aligning it with company goals and market opportunities.
