Who We Are
Modulr is the payments automation platform that streamlines money movement with accuracy, control and reliability — built to scale. We process more than 200m transactions and over £180bn in payment value on an annualised basis, and we're trusted by over 6,000 businesses from fast-growing SMEs to global enterprises.
We automate how money moves into and out of a business (payroll, supplier payments, spend management and payment collection) through a single platform, connected to the accounting and payroll systems finance teams already use, and underpinned by principal memberships of Visa and Mastercard and direct access to central bank infrastructure. As a regulated payments provider with over a decade of experience, we're the platform finance teams trust to run mission-critical operations. Modulr is backed by PayPal, FIS, General Atlantic, Blenheim Chalcot, Frog Capital and Highland Europe, with over 400 employees across London, Edinburgh, Amsterdam and Mumbai.

Solve complex business problems end-to-end; talk to customers to understand the problem, work with engineers to ship a solution to the problem, and collaborate with operations to ensure quality service
Set product strategy; work directly with the leadership team to define product vision and strategy, own the roadmap to achieve that vision. Be responsible for communicating the vision to the whole business
Drive product delivery forwards ; collaborate with engineers on API design and integration patterns, help the team deliver at pace by challenging assumptions and constantly improving ways of working, manage feature development vs tech debt vs support requests

Sell the product ; work with commercial teams to pitch the product to prospects, collaborate with marketing teams to package and sell the proposition
Manage partner relationships; work directly with key partners to ensure product alignment and foster strategic relationships
What you’ll need

Experience driving forward cross-functional change, pro-actively taking initiative. Outstanding communication and stakeholder management skills, with experience liaising with external stakeholders.
A strong work ethic, entrepreneurial mindset, and willingness to roll-up sleeves, focusing on solutions and outcomes rather than problems and process.
