It is wholly focused on winning net new corporate customers across the EMEA region. This is a pure new business role, responsible for identifying, developing and closing high-value opportunities with net new customers, with a high degree of ownership across the full new business sales cycle.
You will join a high-performing commercial organisation with a strong track record of growth and execution. Day to day, you will drive net new business across the EMEA region and secure contracts with new corporate customers against target; own the full sales cycle from initial engagement through to close; build and maintain strong pipeline coverage through self-generated outbound activity and qualified inbound opportunities; prospect daily through email, LinkedIn, phone and strategic outreach; engage senior stakeholders to understand business challenges and requirements, particularly in relation to cybersecurity and digital risk; lead commercial conversations and clearly position Netcraft’s value in complex, multi-stakeholder sales cycles; draft and deliver compelling proposals, working with technical teams where needed to address customer requirements; maintain accurate pipeline visibility and update Salesforce consistently with high-quality activity and account notes; provide feedback and ideas to shorten sales cycles, improve sales effectiveness and strengthen Netcraft’s market positioning; and conduct all sales activities with professionalism, credibility and integrity.
You will need consistent success exceeding quota in complex, long-cycle sales environments; a strong track record of measurable achievement, ideally including top-performer recognition such as President’s Club or similar; significant experience in quota-carrying corporate B2B sales roles, with a strong track record of winning net new business and closing high-value deals; proven ability to generate pipeline independently through proactive outbound activity; strong commercial and discovery skills, with the ability to identify customer needs, build urgency and progress opportunities effectively; and experience selling into regulated industries and/or in cybersecurity, digital risk, fraud, SaaS or similarly complex technical environments. You will also need excellent stakeholder management and relationship-building skills, with the ability to engage confidently at senior and executive level; strong presentation, negotiation and influencing skills; a high-ownership mindset and the ability to organise, prioritise and manage activity effectively, including customer travel where needed; familiarity with Salesforce or a comparable CRM platform; and a genuine interest in cybersecurity and the ability to build credibility quickly in a technically nuanced market.
