Shape the future of growth at Payhawk in this high-impact global role, working directly with the CMO to build, scale and optimise demand generation for one of the company’s platform products. Payhawk is an AI-powered spend management platform for scaling businesses, bringing together corporate cards, expense management, procurement and accounts payable for finance teams across more than 32 countries.
The role is for an experienced demand-generation operator who can design global campaign strategies from scratch, drive experimentation and collaborate cross-functionally to create aligned, insight-driven growth. You will be taking a successful single-market demand-generation playbook global.
You will drive pipeline and MRR generation for the product across new business and expansion, MRR and won named accounts, pipeline from named accounts, a consistent monthly flow of engaged named accounts, improved engaged-to-SAL conversion rates and ABM-generated pipeline at an industry-leading ROI per euro spent.
Responsibilities include defining the demand-generation strategy across new-business and expansion motions; steering a cross-functional marketing GTM Pod alongside a Product Marketing Manager; contributing to monthly reports and leadership discussions, including justifying spending decisions and marketing ROI; and owning the budget allocation across demand-generation and demand-capture channels and initiatives to maximise cost efficiency and ROI. You will define the ABM campaign structure, hypotheses, personas and targeting in line with the Revenue Organisation’s named-account structure, build and maintain the account-funnel stages and progression rules, launch campaigns quickly, run structured tests and refine campaigns based on feedback.
You will develop campaign assets including advertisements, emails and landing pages, work with the Content Team on localisation, orchestrate multi-touch and multi-channel campaigns across digital advertising, outbound email and gifting, and use AI and martech tools to personalise messaging for account segments. You will track and analyse campaign performance, identify optimisation opportunities, codify successful approaches into repeatable global playbooks, and work closely with the BDR and AE teams so that ABM signals inform outreach, MQLs are handled promptly and effectively, and generated pipeline is converted.
Applicants should have at least five years’ demand-generation experience, ideally in B2B SaaS or fintech; experience developing marketing strategies supporting an outbound motion; a proven record of generating demand with enterprise accounts; experience creating global one-to-many account-based marketing campaigns and programmatic marketing campaigns; and experience operating with a growth mindset through high volumes of structured experiments. The role is hands-on: you will write copy, build landing pages and test new tools. Exceptional leadership, communication and collaboration skills and fluency in English are required. You must be willing to work from the office four days per week.
Benefits include 30 days of paid time off, 12 work-from-anywhere days, the opportunity to exchange to another Payhawk office in Amsterdam, Paris, Barcelona, Berlin or Sofia, health and fitness membership, two company off-sites per year, and use of the Payhawk product with a monthly commuting allowance of EUR 150. Payhawk cannot provide visa sponsorship, and candidates must be able to provide proof of eligibility to work in the UK.
