Good working knowledge of remote sensing, GIS, or geospatial imagery products, with the ability to bridge technical workflows with commercial value.

Experience working closely with sales organizations and a firm grasp of commercial business models. Able to act as a true consultative partner who can navigate trade-offs and ensure customer requests align with strategic and financial goals.

Ability to read the room, pick up on what a customer is not saying, and adjust your tone, depth, and brevity depending on whether you are speaking with a technical lead or an executive.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Russian and English to support customers across Central Asia (e.g., Uzbekistan, Kazakhstan) as well as Central and Eastern Europe.

Willingness to travel to connect with customers and internal teams.
