The Opportunity Our Go-To-Market organization is executing an ambitious global growth plan across key commercial regions and strategic disciplines. We are seeking an agile, systems-minded, and AI-native Talent Partner to join us on a 12-month Fixed-Term Contract` to own critical hiring demand and elevate our operational recruiting framework. In this role, you will partner closely with global leaders across Enterprise Sales, Strategic Alliances, CEGA (Channel, Ecosystem & Global Alliances), Hyperscaler Partnerships (AWS, Azure, GCP), and Field Engineering. Reporting directly into the Senior Talent Partner for GTM and working within an agile talent team of 6, you will own a multi-region portfolio of complex requisitions while designing automated, repeatable workflows that leave a lasting impact on our talent function. What You’ll Do You will own end-to-end recruitment for diverse, multi-region go-to-market disciplines across the organization. You will act as a credible, consultative talent advisor to global GTM leadership. This includes leading structured kick-off sessions, building rigorous competency scorecards, calibrating talent profiles quickly, and conducting weekly pipeline reviews and reporting.
