Team description

The Consumer Lifecycle team owns the product experience that turns SumUp app signups into active, transacting customers - from onboarding through to first transaction and ongoing engagement. Run discovery, experimentation and iteration cycles against activation targets, and report progress to consumer leadership

You'll be great for this role if…

Experience leading a consumer product area with clear commercial and KPI accountability

Strong track record of prioritising effectively across competing demands from multiple teams and stakeholders

Experience driving engagement or retention within a consumer-facing mobile app used at scale

Comfort balancing risk or compliance requirements against a smooth, user-friendly product experience
