Our focus is on the problems that actually decide whether AI changes how organizations operate — the ones with no playbook, no obvious answers, and no guarantee of success. If you want to be part of the small group that defines how AI transforms the future at a global scale, this is your chance.
And this isn’t for everyone. We’re not looking for people who want predictability or incremental progress. We only want those who are restless at the edge of what’s possible, who get bored when things feel “done,” and who are driven to redefine what AI can mean for leaders, companies, and the world. Because at Valence, the work worth doing is the kind that redefines work itself.
The Role In this role, you'll work directly with senior leaders — including CHROs and CEOs at Fortune 500 companies — to help them navigate one of the hardest challenges in business today: meaningful AI adoption. This is a consultative, long-cycle commercial role focused on executive relationships, business case development, pilot design, and complex enterprise buying processes. It sits at the intersection of enterprise sales, commercial strategy, and category creation. You won't inherit a rigid territory model or a mature playbook. You'll help build how we win. We're intentionally reinventing the traditional enterprise sales motion by investing in deep, strategic problem-solvers who can engage thoughtfully on complex organizational change. You'll be responsible for advancing enterprise opportunities and driving new customer growth, while partnering closely with Product, Customer Success, and Leadership to refine our go-to-market approach as the category evolves. Success comes from judgment, ownership, and the ability to turn trusted executive relationships into durable enterprise partnerships. There are no individual commissions and no high-volume outbound expectations. Compensation is team-oriented — we win together, we lose together. We've been featured in Harvard Business Review, TIME, the World Economic Forum, Financial Times, and Forbes, and named to the Inc. 5000 list of fastest-growing private companies in America. Our clients include Coca-Cola, Delta, Nestlé, General Mills, Schneider Electric, Deutsche Telekom, AstraZeneca, Prudential, CVS, and Bristol Myers Squibb — the companies defining what AI-first business transformation looks like across every major industry.
