Baring Vostok Capital Partners is a private equity firm founded in 1994 and incorporated in Guernsey, historically focused on investments in Russia and the Commonwealth of Independent States. The firm has raised over $3.7bn across five private equity funds and invested in more than 67 companies across technology, media, telecoms, financial services, consumer, and natural resources; following the closure of its Russian business operations after 2022, the firm's principal registered office is in Guernsey.
