Black Valley

Black Valley is a London-based organisation founded in September 2020 by Leke Sholuade with a mission to discover, nurture, and place top Black tech talent, and to support Black-led startups through its Founders Accelerator programme. The accelerator connects early-stage founders with a network of over 200 mentors from companies including Goldman Sachs, Accenture, and Hitachi, and provides access to pre-seed investors and angel networks. Black Valley also runs a recruitment service placing Black tech professionals in roles across the industry.
