Co-Laboratories

Co-Laboratories is a community-led lab operator providing flexible, affordable laboratory and office space for early-stage life science and biotech startups. The company partners with property owners such as British Land to deliver co-working labs across London and Cambridge, including a 6,500 sq ft co-working lab at Regent's Place in Euston, developed with British Land. Incorporated in November 2021, it also offers fit-out consultancy and lab management services to property partners.
