Direct Group is a specialist outsourced insurance administration and services business founded in 1990 and based in Doncaster, South Yorkshire. The company provides end-to-end insurance services to major UK insurers including product development, sales and distribution, policy administration, claims handling and validation, and compliance. It was formerly backed by LDC before being acquired by Ryan Specialty Group and subsequently The Ardonagh Group.
