Equistone Partners Europe is a mid-market private equity firm that partners alongside management teams to invest in change-of-ownership transactions across Western Europe. The firm deploys €25m–€200m of equity per deal, targeting businesses with enterprise values of €50m–€500m across sectors including business services, consumer, financial services, healthcare, industrials, and technology. Formerly known as Barclays Private Equity, it became independent in 2011 following a management buyout.
