Global Founders Capital (GFC) is the venture capital platform of Rocket Internet, backing early-stage technology companies across all sectors and geographies from pre-seed through to growth stage. Founded in 2013 by Oliver Samwer, the firm operates from offices in Berlin, London, and over a dozen other global cities, and invests exclusively from Rocket Internet's balance sheet following a 2024 restructuring. Its portfolio of over 600 companies includes Revolut, Canva, Deel, HelloFresh, and Zalando.
