Greater Manchester Investment Fund

The Greater Manchester Investment Fund is a series of public investment funds operated by the Greater Manchester Combined Authority (GMCA), providing loans and equity of between £250,000 and £5 million to businesses creating jobs in the region. The fund also invests in commercial property and residential development, having deployed over £1.2 billion across businesses, property, and infrastructure since its launch in 2015.
