Hale House is a HealthTech innovation hub in London's Harley Street Health District, developed by The Howard de Walden Estate and operated by Spacemade across three adjoining buildings. The facility offers flexible coworking, private offices, dry labs, media studios, and event spaces tailored to HealthTech startups and innovators, and opened in 2025. Residents connect with a community of over 2,500 healthcare professionals, investors, and partners including UCLPartners and the NHS Innovation Accelerator.
