HIVE is a physical AI startup that retrofits existing industrial machines, such as forklifts, wheel loaders and excavators, with a 'silicon brain' intelligence platform so they can operate autonomously across warehouses, construction sites and production lines. Founded in Norway and now headquartered in London, it sells autonomy-as-a-service backed by a remote human-in-the-loop supervision model.
