Hygea VCT

Hygea VCT plc was a UK Venture Capital Trust originally established in 2001 as BioScience VCT, renamed Hygea VCT in 2006, with a focus on MedTech investments including medical devices, drug delivery systems, diagnostics, and technology-based support services. It was rebranded as Seneca Growth Capital VCT Plc in August 2018 and continues as a diversified growth capital VCT investing in UK SMEs across unquoted and AIM-quoted companies. The fund raised over £7 million through its initial offer for subscription.
