Imperial Enterprise Lab is the entrepreneurship support initiative of Imperial College London, launched in October 2016, offering free masterclasses, mentoring, idea surgeries, co-working space, and equity-free funding to students, staff, and alumni. Its flagship Venture Catalyst Challenge awards £100,000 in prizes, and it runs specialist programmes including EarthScale (climate tech), WE Innovate (women entrepreneurs), Commonwealth Startup Fellowship, and the AI and MedTech SuperConnectors. Since inception it has supported the creation of over 200 startups that have collectively raised over £400 million.
