Industrious is a premium flexible workspace provider founded in 2012 in New York, operating over 200 locations across 65+ cities in the United States and internationally, including locations in London. The company offers coworking memberships, private offices, and on-demand meeting rooms, serving businesses from early-stage startups to Fortune 500 companies. In January 2025 it was fully acquired by commercial real estate firm CBRE Group for approximately $400 million.
