Invest Northern Ireland is the regional economic development agency for Northern Ireland, established in 2002 as part of the Department for the Economy. It helps local businesses compete internationally and attracts inward investment across sectors including technology, life sciences, financial services, agri-tech and creative technology. It also provides funding and support to early-stage ventures as part of its economic development mandate.
