London Cancer Hub

The London Cancer Hub is a long-term partnership established in 2013 between the Institute of Cancer Research, The Royal Marsden NHS Foundation Trust and the London Borough of Sutton, developing the world's leading cancer research and life-sciences district in south London. Its Innovation Gateway, opened in 2021, offers approximately 6,300 sq ft of incubator laboratory and office space for early-stage companies working in oncology and related health-tech fields. A major expansion of over one million sq ft of research and laboratory space has received planning approval, to be developed by Aviva Capital Partners and Socius.
