Makerversity

Makerversity is a creative maker space and community hub based in 20,000 square feet of the lower floors of Somerset House, providing affordable workspace for over 300 founders and makers working at the intersection of design, engineering, and digital practice. It offers specialist prototyping facilities including metal and wood workshops, 3D printing, laser cutting, electronics labs, and fashion studios, alongside business mentoring support. Founded in 2013, it is B Corp certified and a London Living Wage employer, with its community having built companies valued at over £600 million.
