Motherlabs

Motherlabs is the science accelerator and incubator component of ARC West London, a Brookfield-owned advanced research cluster in Hammersmith. Launched in July 2022, it provides eight fully fitted and managed CL2 containment laboratory spaces for early-stage science, technology and innovation businesses, with specialisms including biopharma, RNA therapy, and gene and cell therapy. The facility reached full occupation in early 2024 and sits within ARC's wider Refinery development, co-located with the Leap programme run by Imperial College's incubator.
