Netil House

Netil House is a flagship creative campus in Hackney, East London, operated by Eat Work Art, which has transformed a 1960s office building near London Fields and Broadway Market into a hub for over 1,000 creative businesses since 2009. It offers private studios (ranging from 118 to over 1,500 sq ft), shared coworking desks, music and photography studios, retail units, and production facilities for professionals spanning fashion, music, design, and culture. On-site amenities include the Netil360 rooftop space with saunas, a café-bar, meeting rooms, and the adjacent Netil Market.
