NISPO Funds Ltd (Northern Ireland Spin Out Funds) was a government-backed micro venture capital fund based in Belfast that provided early-stage investment to high-tech startups and spin-outs in Northern Ireland, managed by E-Synergy Limited. The fund made investments across technology and web-based sectors including media, entertainment software, and business productivity software. The active investment period closed in March 2014 and the fund is now permanently closed.
