Old College Capital

Old College Capital is the University of Edinburgh's in-house venture investment fund, supporting early-stage spinouts and startups associated with the University. The fund co-invests alongside experienced private-sector partners from pre-seed through to Series A, focusing on sectors including biotechnology, AI, energy, data, robotics, and fintech. Since its founding in 2012, it has committed over £15 million across more than 100 investments, leveraging approximately £100 million in co-investment from partners.
