Oxygen Investors (formerly Central England Business Angels, CEBA) is a Birmingham-based angel investment network that connects equity-ready SMEs with a network of over 300 angels, family offices, and institutional funds across the UK, facilitating investment rounds of £100,000 to £1 million. Established in 2008 and acquired by Oxygen Enterprise Partners in 2013, it specialises in personalised, bespoke investor introductions across all sectors.
