Par Equity is an Edinburgh-based early-stage venture capital firm and investor network founded in 2008, specialising in high-growth technology companies across Scotland, Northern England, and Northern Ireland. The firm operates both an EIS fund and an angel investor network, offering seed to Series A investment. Par Equity has merged with Praetura Ventures and Praetura Investments in 2025 to form the PXN Group, a £670 million investment platform operating from Manchester, Edinburgh, Leeds, and London.
