Patch

Patch is a B-Corp certified operator of neighbourhood co-working and community spaces across the UK, founded in 2020 and opening its first location in a converted Victorian brewery in Chelmsford in 2022. The organisation repurposes local landmarks such as former breweries, libraries, and department stores into affordable flexible workspaces, serviced offices, and cultural venues in commuter towns and high streets. Its mission is to create opportunities for people, work, and communities outside of major city centres under the banner of the 'Work Near Home' era.
