Praetura Ventures

Praetura Ventures was a Manchester-based venture capital firm founded in 2019, focused on early-stage, high-growth businesses in the North of England and wider UK, investing via EIS and other funds with cheques of £200k to £8m. In June 2025, Praetura Ventures merged with Edinburgh-based Par Equity to form PXN Group (trading as PXN Ventures), a £670m AUM investment platform with offices in Manchester, Leeds, Edinburgh, and London, championing founders across the North of England, Scotland, and Northern Ireland.
