Seed Haus

Seed Haus is a non-profit pre-seed technology accelerator and investor founded in 2017 and based in Edinburgh, Scotland, focused on backing early-stage startups across Scotland's startup ecosystem. The programme provides pre-seed investment of approximately £18,000 in exchange for 8% equity, alongside mentorship, infrastructure support, and assistance with customer acquisition, marketing, and distribution. It is among Scotland's most selective tech accelerators, having attracted backing from prominent Scottish entrepreneurs and investors.
