Tech Talent Charter

The Tech Talent Charter was a UK non-profit organisation dedicated to advancing diversity and inclusion in the technology sector, bringing together over 800 signatory employers representing approximately 250,000 tech workers. Founded in 2015 with government backing, it produced annual Diversity in Tech reports and provided practical D&I resources and frameworks to member organisations. The organisation concluded its operations in late summer 2024 following shifting industry priorities and funding pressures.
