Tribeca

Tribeca is London's largest purpose-built life sciences campus, located in the Kings Cross Knowledge Quarter and developed by Reef Group in partnership with BlackRock Real Assets. The campus will deliver nearly one million sq ft of premium laboratory, office, retail and residential space across four buildings, with The Apex (the first building, comprising over 110,000 sq ft of laboratory and office space) completed in 2025 and occupied by the London BioScience Innovation Centre and the Francis Crick Institute. The wider campus is adjacent to world-class institutions including UCL, the Alan Turing Institute and Moorfields Eye Hospital.
