Victoria House is a Grade II listed building in Bloomsbury, London, converted by Oxford Properties and Pioneer Group into a 300,000 sq ft life-sciences hub that officially launched in September 2025. It offers incubator labs, fully fitted laboratories, write-up and office space, and shared specialist equipment for early-stage to multinational life-sciences companies, academic institutions and biotech firms. The building sits within London's Knowledge Quarter, close to UCL, GSK and Great Ormond Street Hospital.
