Junior Partner Associate

London Partner Management Indefinite (Full-Time)

We’re looking for an Associate Partner Project Manager to join our Partner Management team to support the delivery of large-scale, complex, and often long-term events and partnerships. You will be working closely with a Senior Manager and with cross-functional teams to bring high-impact experiences to life - from initial contract signing to post-launch performance optimisation and partner support.

This role is ideal for someone who thrives in complexity, ambiguity, and dynamic environments, someone who takes initiative, can bring structure, has an ability to pick up new skills quickly and has a meticulous eye for detail. You will be expected to work independently, communicate confidently with external stakeholders, and proactively solve problems.

Your Core Responsibilities

Support the end-to-end delivery of high-complexity projects including some of our biggest partnership wins across sports, permanent attractions and other verticals.

Act as a central point of contact between internal stakeholders (product, ops, legal, etc.) and external partners.

Communicate technical and operational needs clearly to Fever’s internal teams and work on an implementation plan to deliver them.

Take full ownership of timelines, deliverables, task tracking, and cross-functional coordination to ensure project milestones are met.

Maintain accurate documentation for the project, keep track of all the requirements needed, and process guidelines to support operational readiness and user support.

Manage and own events independently as you grow in the organisation.

Attend site visits or launches where necessary, acting as a confident representative of the team.

What’s In It for You

We believe success is a two-way street, so here’s what you can expect from joining the team:

High-Impact Projects: Play a key role in delivering Fever’s most strategic, high-visibility partnerships - working closely with senior leaders and global clients.

Fast Learning Curve: Gain end-to-end insight into complex project delivery, with mentorship and support to accelerate your growth.

Dynamic Environment: Join one of the fastest-growing tech companies in live entertainment, where no two weeks look the same.

Young, Diverse Team: Collaborate with an international, energised team that values initiative, creativity, and shared wins.

Represent Fever with partners, build external relationships, and help shape the direction of major projects.

What We’re Looking For

1+ years of experience in project management, operations, or consulting — preferably in fast-paced or ambiguous environments.

Strong attention to detail and a passion for structure and precision in execution.

Proven ability to work independently and take initiative.

Comfortable managing multiple parallel workstreams with competing priorities.

Excellent communicator, especially with external partners.

Highly organised, reliable, and accountable.

Fluency in English is required.

Event experience is a plus, but not essential.

Experience using tools like Notion, Asana, or Airtable is a bonus.

Benefits & Perks

40% discount on Fever experiences.

Health and dental insurance, plus a competitive pension.

Access to Wellhub (formerly Gympass) for fitness and wellness support.

Hybrid role based in London, with opportunities to travel to event sites.
