You will lead complex, cross-functional initiatives to improve and scale Specialty Travel & Events service offerings, consistent with the organisation’s biggest priorities.
Build strong relationships across the organisation and create alignment among stakeholders with different priorities. You will work closely with Product, Engineering, Sales, Finance, and other teams across the organisation.
Identify risks, resolve blockers, and escalate decisions with sound judgement and appropriate urgency.

Support the development and ongoing management of leadership operating cadences, including priority-setting, business reviews, and follow-up mechanisms.
Take ownership of high-priority, ambiguous projects that arise from changing business needs.
Leverage business insights to solve problems
Partner with Finance and Revenue Operations to build analyses, dashboards, and reporting to understand business performance.
Develop reporting that gives leaders and cross-functional teams a clear view of performance and progress.
Leverage these insights to inform executive decisions.
Who You Are
4–6 years of professional experience in strategy and operations, business operations, programme management, consulting, or a related field. Experience in a high-growth tech company is strongly preferred.
Strong project management skills and a track record of delivering through others without relying on formal authority.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to communicate effectively with senior stakeholders.
Comfort operating in a fast-changing environment with competing priorities.
High emotional intelligence, discretion, resilience, and a collaborative working style.
Demonstrated quantitative and analytical skills a plus, including experience building analyses and business intelligence reporting.
People who thrive at Navan tend to move quickly, are self-sufficient, demonstrate good judgement, and have strong emotional intelligence.
