Augmentum Fintech

Augmentum Fintech plc is Europe's leading publicly listed fintech-focused venture capital fund, incorporated in 2017 and listed on the main market of the London Stock Exchange in 2018. The firm invests in early- and later-stage fast-growing fintech businesses disrupting banking, insurance, asset management and wider financial services, with a portfolio that has included Zopa, Tide, iwoca, interactive investor and Habito. In May 2026 Verdane completed an acquisition of Augmentum Fintech and it was removed from the LSE listing.
