Circularity Capital is a specialist private equity firm founded in 2015 and headquartered in Edinburgh, with an additional London office. The firm invests in growth-stage European businesses that are built on circular economy models — decoupling growth from resource consumption — across sectors including logistics, food production, e-commerce, and subscription services. Its investor base includes pension funds, fund-of-funds, insurance companies, and family offices; its second fund closed at €215 million in 2022, making it the largest specialist circular economy private equity fund in the world at the time.
