Citi SPRINT (Spread Products Investments in Technology) is the strategic venture investing arm of Citi's Global Spread Products division, established in 2019. The team focuses on sourcing, executing, and managing principal equity investments in fintech lenders, private credit infrastructure providers, digital origination platforms, and asset-backed finance technology companies. It operates at the intersection of private credit, embedded finance, and corporate venture, and has co-invested alongside Citi Ventures and institutional partners such as Carlyle Group.
