Downing is a UK investment management firm founded in 1986, managing approximately £2.5 billion of assets across a range of strategies including venture capital (via EIS and VCT), renewable energy and infrastructure, private credit, and listed multi-asset funds. It is a certified B Corporation with around 270 staff across five European offices.
