LDC (formerly Lloyds Development Capital) is a mid-market private equity firm and subsidiary of Lloyds Banking Group, established in 1981. The firm invests between £2 million and £100 million in management buy-outs, institutional buy-outs, and development capital transactions in UK-based businesses across sectors including business services, consumer, healthcare, ICT, industrials, media, and technology. LDC operates from a national network of offices across the UK.
