RBS Equity Finance

RBS Equity Finance was an investment division of the Royal Bank of Scotland Group, formed in 2002, that consolidated several of the bank's equity and private equity operations including Royal Bank Private Equity, Royal Bank Development Capital, Royal Bank Ventures, and Property Ventures. The division provided direct equity investment to businesses and is no longer operating as a distinct entity following subsequent restructuring of the RBS Group.
